The Artisan’s Code: What to Expect

Before we light the forge and start sketching, let’s go over the "rules of the realm." We want your experience to be as smooth as polished leather!

  • The Courier’s Speed: Once you submit your vision, keep an eye on your inbox. You can expect a confirmation from us in less than three business days.

  • The Meeting of Minds: After confirmation, we’ll reach out to schedule a one-on-one call to dive deep into the details. Prefer to stay in the shadows? No problem! We are happy to iterate via email back-and-forth until the concept is perfect.

  • The Scribe’s Fee (Design Only): Please note that the initial fee covers the Consultation and Design Phase. This includes our time, expertise, and the creation of a high-fidelity digital image optimized for leather etching. This fee does not include the cost of the physical leather mat itself.

  • A Final Vision: Our goal is to hand you a finalized, "battle-ready" image intended to be burned into your custom leather piece.

  • The Honor System: We take pride in our craft, but if for some reason we determine your request is beyond our current magical capabilities (or technical specs), this fee is fully refundable. If we can’t build it, we won't keep your tribute!
